The major objective of ECC
STREET SOCCER is to give players an innovative non-stop, fun filled
opportunity to enjoy soccer in the winter months
This is soccer but not as we
know it!!
The ECC has formulated a game that
encourages fair play and promotes enjoyment of the game.
There are 4-5 players on the field
at a time. There are no off-sides. Goal kicks are passed into the field of play
by the GK or another team member. The games are 2 x 10 minute halves with a
running clock. There will be a 2 min half-time. A substitution can be made at
any time. Penalties take place from the defending 6-yard line and are an open
shot on goal.
