Payments
All payments for membership and classes
should be made by check, payable to ECC. The ECC also accepts Visa and
MasterCard.
CLASS
Cancellations
The ECC reserves the right to cancel any
class when the minimum enrollment is not met. Earliest notification will be
given and the participants may choose either a full refund or an ECC credit.
If cancellations are due to inclement weather
the ECC does not guarantee make up classes, but will make every effort to
schedule a make up class.

CLASS Refunds & Credits
If you are unable to attend a registered
class session, you must notify the
ECC Program Director in writing. A 10% processing fee will be charged
per person. Refunds take a minimum of three to four weeks for reimbursement and
will be issued by the ECC. An ECC credit, if issued, is valid for one year from
the date of issue. Refunds or ECC credits will be issued based on the date of
the cancellation as follows:
Cancellation
before first class: 90% refund or ECC Credit
Cancellation
after first class: 75% ECC credit
Cancellation
after second class: 50% ECC credit
Cancellation
after the third class: no ECC credit or refunds
In cases of medical emergency, a refund
will be issued for the remaining balance of class fees when you present a
medical certificate or physician’s letter to the ECC Program Director. Refunds
are not issued for classes not attended.
Class
Transfers
You must request a class transfer in
person at the ECC and will be charged a $10 fee, per person, per class.
