USA Seishin-Do Karate – Family Martial Arts Program

About the Program

USA Seishin-Do Karate is based on a traditional Japanese style of martial arts, which emphasizes discipline, values, and Martial Arts Philosophy, while focusing on practical self-defense techniques in a fun and nurturing environment. This program is designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of martial arts, develop balance, coordination, awareness, and physical fitness. Students also learn how to protect themselves in different situations, such as what to do when they are lost, what information to remember for their own safety, how to deal with bullying and what to do when approached by a stranger. A strong emphasis is placed on Martial Arts philosophical teachings, which are incorporated into every lesson.
